Terms of Service - PIPTC

1. Presentation of the site

The piptc.com website is a Paid-To-Click (PTC) platform managed by Lozereinfo, a company registered under SIRET number 91010970100029, with its registered office in France. The platform allows users to earn points exchangeable for Pi (PI), as well as access a points exchange market and a referral sales system.

By using the site, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms of Service (ToS).

2. Registration and user account

1. Registration is free and exclusively reserved for individuals who have completed their KYC (Know Your Customer) process on Pi Network.
2. Each user is restricted to a single active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
3. Any attempt at fraud, including multi-accounting, bots, or other suspicious activities, will result in permanent account suspension without notice or appeal.
4. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their credentials (username, password). Any activity under their account is presumed to be their own.

3. Site operation

3.1. Earnings and transactions

1. Users can earn points by interacting with advertisements (clicks) or through other features defined by the site.
2. Earned points can be exchanged for Pi (PI) via the site’s internal exchange market or used to purchase services, such as referrals.
3. Any attempt to manipulate the site’s mechanisms (e.g., exploiting bugs, using automated scripts) is prohibited and will result in immediate exclusion, with forfeiture of all associated points and funds.

3.2. Deposits and withdrawals

1. Users may deposit Pi (PI) into their account to acquire points or services.
2. Withdrawals of Pi (PI) are subject to manual validation by the administrator, performed after verifying the identity and legitimacy of the request.
3. Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, deposits made constitute a personalized service starting immediately. No refunds will be granted once the deposit is validated.

3.3. Referral sales

1. Purchasing a referral is available for a one-year period at a fixed price of 5 Pi (PI).
2. Once purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or transfers of referrals are possible, except in cases of non-delivery of the service by the site.

4. Security and fraud prevention

1. Payments and withdrawals are subject to manual validation to ensure transaction security and prevent hacking or fraudulent attempts.
2. Each transaction request is reviewed by the administrator. Suspicious behavior may lead to temporary or permanent account suspension.
3. In cases of proven fraud, the account will be immediately and permanently banned, with loss of all associated funds and points.

5. Responsibilities and limitation of liability

1. Piptc.com shall not be liable for losses of funds or points due to user errors (e.g., entering an incorrect Pi address, mismanagement of credentials).
2. The site reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a site announcement.
3. In the event of service interruption due to maintenance or force majeure, piptc.com will strive to restore access as soon as possible, without any guarantee of compensation.

6. Personal data protection

1. Personal data collected (name, email, etc.) is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
2. It is used solely for account and transaction management and is neither sold nor shared with third parties without explicit consent.
3. Users have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data by contacting support@piptc.com.

7. Applicable law and disputes

1. These ToS are governed by French law.
2. In case of a dispute, users may resort to free mediation through a consumer mediator, as per Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code. Mediator contact details will be provided upon request.
3. Failing amicable resolution, competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
